The board is fine but the marker didn't work. It was all dried up. I had to go out and buy a new set of markers. For that reason, it only gets a 2. I specifically bought this one because it came with a marker and it was clearly dried out.My grandbaby uses it for virtual school and she loves the size of it....Was obviously repacked. No accessories like the Dry erase marker or hanging accessories.The white board itself is fine.The quality of the board seems pretty good, it's nice and thick. But, the frame is kind of flimsy. It seemed smaller than I expected-- THE FRAME IS INCLUDED IN THE 11 X 17 MEASUREMENT, SO WRITING SURFACE IS ABOUT AN INCH LESS THAN YOU THINK.Showing the board like your going to get two is misleading and after receiving the item I found it is of pretty low quality. The price is right and I can't complain too much because I got what I paid for but was a little disappointed...The web site says it is 11 x 17, the packaging says it is 11 x 17, but it actually measures at 8 1/2 x 11". I returned it because I wanted an 11 x 17" white board. Thankfully, I had no problem returning it.Came quickly and looks great!Just what I ordered... Perfect size
