This was better than expected. Very solid sturdy frame. The locking mechanism works perfectly. The be l board is excellent.I must add that the screws holding on the tray were extremely tight. I used my impact driver with no problem, but the screwdriver provided will not do the job. This is just a heads up. I love the board and stand. Great product.Nice size. I used some space for magnetically handing inspirational posters and some space for writing.1 caster was impossible to get in.Here are my thoughts. Giving it a 4 because for the price I don't think I could've expected more.1) This thing is short. It's grade school short. at 5'10", this does not even make it to my shoulders. So that's super awkward, but for the most part this will be used at a desk behind me, and I likely would've wall mounted a whiteboard at this height for desk use.2) Set-up instructions are 'okay'. I wish they had some zoomed in components, but overall, it's pretty easy to set up. Took my 13 yr old and I about 30min to do. Biggest issue during setup was that it only comes with 1 wrench, and you need 2 of them to tighten some of the nuts+bolts correctly.3) Biggest beef: The plastic film on the whiteboard is almost impossible to peel off nicely, as it was applied to the whiteboard before the frame was attached to it, meaning the plastic is under the frame. It'll take weeks of picking at the edges at random before we end up with a clean edge to the whiteboard.I guess I just love a good whiteboard. I got this for home expecting at least a passable product, and am thoroughly pleased with the choice. It stood out on price, and after receiving and assembling it I'm noticing several particularly nice features that I wasn't aware of when ordering.1. It's particularly well proportioned. The board is large enough to be big but not hulking. It's positioned at an ideal height for an average sized adult, and just the right dimensions to reach its length while standing in front of it.2. The construction and materials are well selected and well executed. No manufacturing flaws. The board has a weight and integrity to it that's just right for the size, with nicely rounded and capped corners.3. The tray extends the length of the board and is nicely wide to hold a variety of markers. Right now it's holding about 24 markers of all sizes.4. I wasn't sure if the hinge would be an issue, but it has a small spring loaded clasp above the tray to hold the board in place.Great board. Perfect.Good board overall. Very useful for my needs. Easily mobile - can roll around with the wheels. Surface is good for writing and erasing. One issue: my board came with one wavy area on one side - really just a wobble line. Kind of disappointing. It was definitely a manufactures defect (not a shipping issue) and seems like many of the other consumers on here have similar issues. I didn't return it because it wasn't so bad the it would impair use and limited to an area about 5" x 1" - but still bad manufacturing and shound have been perfect - they need to fix that part of their manufacturing process. I also didn't want to send it back for another one - wasn't sure if i would get one that had a worse defect.Still really like the board even with the minor defect.Four weeks ago I bought a stand-up white board on Amazon with hopes that it would help me during finals and my grueling summer semester. It's 3ft wide and pretty awesome. I attempted to buy one locally but they're about 5x the price for some reason and have had great luck with Amazon and it's 3rd party resellers in other cases. It arrived in, smashed, 2 weeks later.I contacted Amazon who then contacted the seller. The seller never replied. I contacted Amazon again. This time the seller contacted me and asked me to repackage the item (again, almost a meter wide) and to return it. At this point, it's been 4 weeks since I placed the order and I'm being asked to go out and find a 1 meter long box to ship a broken white board in.I contact Amazon again. Now they're saying I need to go find a box. I try and explain how large this item is and how finding a box this big is it's own chore plus it's not my fault someone screwed up my order and thus it's not my job to figure out how to get it back to them.Dude suggests I order a box from Amazon and he can credit my account for the box. I prove Amazon does not sell such a box without going through a reseller (which they cannot credit me for). Not only that, but this new box will have it's own shipping making a cost of $32ish. I am told I will be comped roughly 63% of the cost of the box ($20) and am on my own how to get the huge thing back.So now I have finals to deal with *and* the joy of finding a massive and strangely shaped box for an item I wanted *four* weeks ago, I am out the cost of the item plus the cost of the box and am unclear about shipping prospects. And that's why you don't buy large items from Amazon.Came in two cartons. One with a wall-mountable whiteboard (with instructions and hardware you won't use with the stand), the other with the stand. Mine was missing the instructions for the stand, but I found them at http://www.luxorfurn.com/instructions/L270_instruct.pdf , so that was only a minor inconvenience. It's a bit harder than expected to put together, but not that bad. Two main problems: the board is only held in place by two bolts through the sides and one flimsy bracket at the bottom, so it won't necessarily stay square to the frame. And the casters are awful -- not adjustable for height, and they roll about as well as a ten-year-old shopping cart. Otherwise, it's okay, since the rigid metal bits are rigid metal and thus hard to mess up. One annoyance is that you need two wrenches to put it together, and they include one. Huh? I would understand zero, or two, but one makes no sense. It would be better if it had whiteboard material on both sides rather than bare metal on the back. The plastic protective film peeled easily off mine without needing to use a knife.I bought this whiteboard to tutor my child. The advantages and disadvantages of using this product for nearly a month are as follows.Advantages- The product is robust.- Reversible can be used.- Magnetic is very convenient. (Recommended for purchasing and using magnetic eraser together)- Multiple writes and erases do not leave marks- Can be used as a beam projector screen- The optimal size for studying with children- Impressive efforts of the seller(clickhere2shop) for customer satisfactionDisadvantages- Not so far.In conclusion, I recommend this seller's product.Great board. Easy to move around. Only thing that I can think of to improve is if it were a bit higher. But very glad for the purchaseUnfortunately I needed this product for work right away, so I have to make it work, otherwise I would have returned it. It’s expensive and it arrived dirty, dented, and scratched. I’d really like some of my money back...Just as advertised. You need your own wrench, but otherwise everything for one of the bolts, but that's a pretty standard thing to have.Excellent value for the price. Sturdy and extremely useful.
